 The Etch Mate
This 6.5" x 3.5" state-of-the-art bending tool is CAD designed and CNC produced to the finest aerospace specs.
Both the folding head and base are matched sets. Each Folding head is put through a hand leveling process which allows the folding head to sit flat against the fixture base resulting in superior clamping strength. With the hand leveling process, the tool head requires less force when tightening the PE into the Etch Mate.
Included is a fine triangular folding channel, which produces accurate square bends. The Folding channel also acts as an alignment guide, which will assure you that your PE is properly aligned with the folding fingers before bending your valuable photo etch.
Also incorporated 5 guide pins to eliminate any play between the tool head and base yet assures trouble free movement of the tool head.
Upon inspecting the tool you will also notice a duplicated front side of the tool head on the backside of the tool head in the form of a straight edge. This feature allows the user to remove the tool head flip it around and bend larger pieces such as fenders, railings, side skirts and much more.
With combination of a chemical etching, media blast and final khaki drab anodizing process, the results are a non-reflective work surface which allows the user to spend more time with the tool and greater visibility between the work surface and any type of photo etch.

 Micro Chisel
The Micro Chisel features a Stainless Steel Handle with Rubber Grip. The 2mm wide chisel tip is produced from hardened spring steel and Honed to a fine razor sharp 2mm cutting surface. The tip is removable and replaceable via a set screw.
