This is a cartoon version of a sdkfz 251 Halftrack. It’s in its own cartoon scale, but the crew are fairly close to a 28mm model height wise. The hull can either be printed clean or with some of the included accessories to personalize it. It includes three crew, (driver, gunner, and seated passenger).
