Even with the best of intentions, things do go astray and we make every effort to rectify any problem that arises. High volume sometimes delays shipments and responses to questions, but we do our best to respond to your inquiries as fast as possible. We offer a wide variety of types and manufacturers of products. We feel our product lines are the best available on the market today. Please keep in mind that many companies whose products we carry are small, independent manufacturers; we also carry a large amount of unique and imported products which are typically made in small quantities. In both cases, it takes time to restock these items. In the event an item is out of stock you will be notified immediately and it will automatically be placed on back order. With orders of multiple items we generally ship in-stock items and send you a card notifying you that out-of-stock items have been placed on back-order and the excepted delivery time.

We Match + Pricing Policy
We match any regular priced items advertised by our competitors in the United Sates. We are confident that we have the most competitive prices in the hobby industry. It is important to us to please our customers. For that reason, we will not be undersold. Send us the Web link, or URL, or print copy of any current product listing and we will match that price, plus offer an additional 2% discount. Items must be in stock here and at the competitor. Excludes sale items or items advertised on eBay and any auction web site. Matched prices negate preferred customer discounts.

Become a Preferred Customer and Save 10-20%
Register and Become a MichToy Preferred Customer. Start saving at least 10% on all orders with some discounts up 20%. Please note that if you do not login you will not receive the discounts. They are only visible and available once you log in.

There are a number of discounts available throughout the site, and they may behave inconsistently. If you think a combination of discounts has been incorrectly applied, include a note with your order and we will be happy to review and make an appropriate refund or adjustment to total price.

Pre Order Products Policy
We offer hundred's of products as pre orders on our Upcoming Releases page. Most of these products are offered at a savings of 10-15%. When you pre order a product you will not be charged until the product arrives. When a product arrives we charge you and ship it. We do not notify you when a pre order arrives unless you request it in advance. If you choose to pay in advance by PayPal we will hold your order until all items arrive or you make separate shipping arrangements (extra shipping costs may apply) with us.

Product Status
We do our best to update product availability and status but things do fall through the cracks. We do our best to let you know of any out of stock items listed as Available as soon as possible. We also have 1000s of products available to us through our supply network that we do not carry as part of our regular inventory. We can order these products for you and because we do not inventory them we can pass the savings on to you. If you are a patient person you can save money and we can make a little bit in the process! All the products we offer show a product status in the listings and the product info page. Below is a general key to these status.

• Available - Normally Stocked, may take up to two weeks for delivery if out of stock. We will notify you of any delays.
• Upcoming Release - You may pre order this product at an extra discount of 10-20% (depending on the vendor)
• New Release - Latest Releases Now Available
• New Release 1 week Shipping - This item is not part of our regular inventory but is available from a supplier we receive weekly shipments from and will be added to our next order. You will automatically receive this item at a 10% discount. Allow about 1 week for item to arrive at MichToy.
• New Release 2-4 weeks Shipping - This item is not part of our regular inventory but is available from a supplier we receive monthly shipments from and will be added to our next order. You will automatically receive this item at a 20% discount. Allow 2-4 week for item to arrive at MichToy.
• 1 Week Shipping - This item is not part of our regular inventory but is available from a supplier we receive weekly shipments from and will be added to our next order. You will automatically receive this item at a 10% discount. Allow about 1 week for item to arrive at MichToy.
• 2-3 weeks, 3-4 weeks, 4+ weeks Shipping- This item is not part of our regular inventory but is available from a supplier we receive regular shipments from and will be added to our next order. You will automatically receive this item at a 20% discount. Allow the appropriate length of time for item to arrive at MichToy.
• Available By Special Order Only - This item is not part of our regular inventory but we can order this with payment in advance.
• Back In Stock - Products that have been out of stock and have recently been restocked.
• Back Ordered by Supplier - The manufacture is out of this product and lists it as on backorder. We will notify you when it is available again. You may order this and we will notify you when it is available again.

Privacy Policy

The Michigan Toy Soldier Company does not disclose or sell buyers' information to any third parties. We do not sell, share or distribute email addresses

Return Policy
We want you to be satisfied with your order. However, should anything not be to your satisfaction, you can return the item for a refund . We accept returns of merchandise in upopened and resalable condition within 30 days of purchase. We also accept returns of merchandise after 30 days subject to a 20% restocking fee and prior approval by us. Returns beyond 90 days are not accepted. You must contact us via email or phone before sending anything back in order to obtain a return authorization number (RA#). This will help us process returns in a more timely manner with minimal confusion for all parties involved. Please note: returns may take up to 2 weeks to process. Michigan Toy Soldier will credit you for shipping charges only if it was an error on our part. We do not accept returns on discounted or sale items. We hold the right to refuse any return that is not pre-authorized. Should you receive a packaged item that is damaged from the manufacturer, please let us know and we will let you know where to send it for an exchange. In most cases, we will handle the exchange and the shipping fees.

Prices Are Subject To Change Without Notice
Price changes by the manufacture will generally be quoted before an item is shipped and customers may free feel to decline having an item sent if they do not agreed to the higher price. A customer may return an item for a full refund whose price has changed and was not informed of such beforehand; we will also pay the return shipping cost.

Layaways
Layaways require a 25% minimum down payment and 25% every 30 days until the balance is paid. Layaways held over 90 days return to stock. Failure to meet these requirements will result in total forfeiture of layaway and all monies paid.

Every effort is made to answer your inquiries as fast as possible. Please keep in mind that we receive many emails a day and it takes time to answer each and every one. Please allow anywhere from 1 to 3 business days for an answer.

When Do We Bill Your Card?
Your credit card is billed when the order is ready to be sent to the shipping center. If an item is temporarily out of stock, your credit card will not be billed for this item until it is ready to ship.

Foreign Shipping Rates
Because every shipment is different we show an estimated cost. If the actual cost is more than the estimated cost we will contact you for your approval.
Canada
Canadian orders are charged actual cost of the postage, usually about $40.00 for orders under 4 lbs. orders over 4 lbs. must be shipped Priority Mail International usually about $75.00
Rest of the World
Other international shipments are charged actual cost of the postage, usually about $50.00 for orders under 4 lbs. orders over 4 lbs. must be shipped Priority Mail International usually about $80.00

International Customs Duties and Taxes
Our prices and our shipping costs do not include any local customs duties or local taxes. For information on duties and taxes please contact your customs department. Typically, most items arriving from overseas are charged either customs duty and/or local taxes. Every country has different rules, so if you have questions please ask first and we will try to help. It is your responsibility to pay any duties and taxes.
