US Navy spar torpedo armed “Picket Boat #1" as it appeared on the night of October 27-28, 1864, when commanded by Lieutenant WB Cushing during the Federal attack on the Confederate Ironclad CSS Albemarle. Resin kit with highly detailed full hull, white metal parts (torpedo, howitzer, fittings, screw, and additional details), metal rod (torpedo spar), wooden dowl (support mast and flagstaff), rigging thread, and crushed coal. Completely model is approximately 4" long.
