Well over 200 Panzer IV Ausf. D medium support tanks were produced between October 1939 and May 1941. These armored vehicles, armed with 7.5cm KwK37 L/24 guns, formed the backbone for early German military successes in France, the Balkans, North Africa, and Russia. This kit is based on careful and extensive measurements of an actual surviving Panzer IV Ausf. D at the Aberdeen Proving Grounds. Utilizing advanced technology and with the frequent employment of slide molds, this is one super kit that is absolutely outstanding in terms of accuracy and in terms of technical detail. This kit can be assembled in one of three ways - PzKpfw IV Ausf. D (Production Version), PzKpfw IV Ausf. D (Add-On Armor Version), or PzKpfw IV Ausf. D (Tropical).
