Manufacture Product Number : EXP-54-PWJ-05-00 The set contains 9 model soldiers comprising of 1 officer and 8 infantrymen. The range of weapons includes a Type 99 7.7mm light machine gun; a Type 93 3-cylinder flame-thrower; and the option for a bugler carrying a battle banner. The set is designed for a banzai charge scenario with the soldiers screaming bloody murder. The heads and arms are interchangeable with models and parts in the previous box-sets in this series. |
| For the Japanese, the Navy ranks above the Army in prestige and has a higher claim to scarce resource. The SNLF is part of the Navy. In their southern front strategy, the Navy takes the lead and accordingly established a large landing force to fight the many island battles. The distinction of the SNLF uniform includes the anchor badge on the helmet, another badge on the right arm and a round water-battle instead of the rectangular ones issued by the Army. Their shirt fabric is supposed to be of a greenish shade but for the sake of mutual swapping of parts, we decided to produce the set in the same colour as the reset in the range. |
