| The M1 Abrams is an American third-generation main battle tank, named after General Creighton Abrams, former Army chief of staff and commander of United States military forces in the Vietnam War from 1968 to 1972. Kit features crisp exterior detail, single piece lower hull and upper hull with engraved surface detail, separate turret with exterior detail, hinged hatches, air conditioner compressor, snorkels, optional explosive reactive armor, detailed fenders and side skirts with bolt and latch detail, filigree (railings, rear bustle rack, storage baskets, tow cables, jerry cans and other accents), missile countermeasure device, two-piece gun barrel and detailed gun mechanisms (elevates), 7.62mm M240 machine guns, 50-caliber 12.7mm M2HB heavy machine gun, smoke grenades dischargers, workable tracks links and movable suspension (individual track links, road wheels, drive sprockets and torsion bars), clear accents (periscopes, lights, vision ports and optical equipment), photoetch (engine grilles, basket grilles, compressor, lights, cupola, main gun, MG gun shield, and exterior other accents).
