Wehrmacht prototype self-propelled gun and 'weapon carrier' based on a panzer 38(d) chassis and mounting a powerful PaK 43 heavy anti-tank gun. Vehicle has well detailed hull and running gear, injection-molded workable link track, driver's compartment interior, separate driver's hood with pivoting view port cover, travel lock, fighting compartment interior, 88mm rounds, spent casings and ammunition stowage. Weapon features well detailed gun and cradle, multi-part breech, intricate control mechanisms, thin-molded gun shield, metal barrel sleeve and optional turned metal gun barrel. Also includes photo-etch parts (shell casing end caps, 6-round ammo box, brackets, hinges, latches and additional fine vehicle and weapon accents). Decals and color painting guide for a single German waffenträger - includes driver's dash panel, barrel kill ring markings and national insignia. |
