| The SU-76 entered service early 1943 and was armed with 76mm gun and mounted on the T70 light tank chassis. Over 14,000 were produced throughout the war making it only second to the T34 in production quantities. The kit comes with crew in standard overalls and winter gear and some extra stowage. There is a crew member with a periscope which sits flush to the inside of the cab. The early version has the low back to the cab and the later version SU-76M has the higher back. All models are supplied as kits and will need to be assembled and painted. The picture illustrates how the model should look once completed. Glue and paint are not included in the kit. |
